The site of an old NatWest bank on Lewes Road, Brighton. The developer was about to enter a planning application when I was approached to create some Previz images to bolster the bid. Photos were taken from various vantage points, and a 3D model was constructed using the proposed floor plans. Various elements of the design changed during the build but the final product and the Previz have very few differences between them. A successful project.
